If a swimmer is withdrawn it is highly unlikely that they will later be able to be reinstated.
Withdrawals must be completed before the start of the warm-up for the session to which they apply. Withdrawals on the day of the meet can also be done in person by notifying the withdrawal form at the announcer's desk.
By completing this form, you agree that the data you provide will be saved and used by Guildford City Swimming Club for administering the meet. Data will be deleted within 30 days of administration having been completed.
