Thank you for your interest in entering the
Guildford City L3 End of Season Meet, taking place at Surrey Sports Park on 4th and 5th July 2026.
Entries open at Midday on Monday 4th May 2026 and close at Midday on Wednesday 20th May 2026. Any entries submitted outside this window will not be accepted.
800m and 1500m Freestyle entry acceptance will be based on the fastest submitted entry times. Entries for all other events will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
Please use the form below to submit a club entry for the meet. On successful submission, you will receive an acknowledgement email.
We will process the entries shortly after the closing date. Accepted entries will be available no later than one week after the closing date.
Please do not transfer any money for entry fees until you receive an email from us confirming your accepted entries and specifying the amount due and how to pay. Fees are payable immediately upon receipt of your accepted entries.
Poolside passes are free and available through the Swim England portal (see Meet Info pack). By default, these do not include catering before or between sessions. Catered passes can be purchased at £25 for one day, or £45 for the weekend.
