Guildford City SC Level 1 Spring Open Meet, taking place at Surrey Sports Park, Guildford on 14th and 15th March 2026.
Entries for clubs can be submitted by using the SwimComp entry form to upload your HyTek compatible entry file:
Entries open at Midday on Monday 26th January 2026 and close at Midday on Wednesday 11th February. Any entries submitted outside this window will not be accepted.
We are not accepting individual entries for this meet.
Entries will be processed shortly after closing and accepted entries will be shared within one week of the closing date.
Please do not send any payment for entry fees until you receive an email with us detailing accepted entries and how, how much and when to pay.
A withdrawal form will be made available here shortly after accepted entries are published.
A reserve list form will be made available here when accepted entries are published, for swimmers whose entries were not accepted who would like to be placed on the reserve list form.
All visiting clubs are asked to provide Technical Officials to support the running of the meet
